When you become one of our landlords at Harris Property Managment, we will give you one of our brilliant and very exclusive, “Property Owners Handbook”. In this handbook we commit to you in writing the customer service standards that you can expect from us, and you recieve a signed certificate outlining all of these. All of our property management staff are committed and dedicated to provide the highest level of service to you, and we have been recognised nationally for our excellence in customer service.
When most other agents may give you a promise or commitment on a hand shake, we have the strength to back up our commitment specifically to you in writing and guarantee our service as well! We know we will give you the best service possible and if you think we don’t, our guarantee states that we will manage your property for 3 months management fee free!
The most qualified property managers and our dedication to ongoing training
To provide the best available service to our clients and to maintain our unsurpassed reputation within the residential property managment profession, the Director of Harris Property Management provides the best property management training within the industry. Staff training and development is the most important key to keeping our team at the highest standard of professionalism and expertise in industry knowledge.
We will not employ anyone in the Property Management Team, inlcuding support staff, who doesn’t have formal qulaifications in property management (or is not prepared to undertake it). In SA, there is no legislation making qualifications compulsory in property management. All our Property Managers hold the certificate in Property Management, giving you the peace of mind that your property is being managed by a qualified individual who has been trained by industry experts and is knowledgeable in the legislation governing residential tenancies. A poorly managed property can cost you significantly.
We are committed to ongoing training of all our staff, who are given the most cutting edge training in the country on a regular basis, including attending interstate seminars to make sure we are truly the best in our field. We are always working with Leading Property Managers of Australia (LPMA) to improve the quality of Property Managers, and we are often called upon to sit on panels and give advice to other agencies on how to be the best in property management.
